We do our utmos to send your order within 3 working days after receiving your payment. These delivery times are indicative. We do our utmost to deliver your order as quickly as possible, should the item ordered by you unexpectedly not be in stock, we will contact you directly about the period in which we can deliver your order.
- In case of a payment by bank transfer, the order is sent after receipt of the payment.
- The items are packed securely and professionally, minimizing the risk of breakage during shipment,
- The delivery person of PostNL offers the order at the delivery address.
Place an order
Ordering at LeukvanLinda.nl is quick and easy. Our ordering process consists of clear steps. Your order will only become definitive after your confirmation. For that you can adjust everything to your wishes.
1. Select your products
o With the button order you add a product to your shopping cart.
o With the button in shopping cart you place the product in the shopping cart. If you want to order several copies, adjust the number.
o Have you thought of yourself? Then click on the cross to remove a product.
o Ready shopping? Then click finish on order.
2. Enter your address details
o In the Payment details screen, you can enter your address details or an alternative delivery address. We use this information for sending your order. Fields with an asterisk (*) are therefore mandatory to fill in.
o Ready to enter your data? Then click on Continue.
3. Confirm your order
In this step you will get an overview of your order data.
o Is everything right? Then you can complete the order with the Confirm order button.
o Do you want to change something? Click on Change order and adjust your order.

Order status by e-mail
After your order you will be kept informed by e-mail.
After we have received your order, you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. This contains an overview of the order information.
Have you not received an e-mail? Check that the confirmation did not end up in the junk e-mail or spam folder. If that is not the case, please contact us directly. You can reach us via email@example.com.
As soon as your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail.

Shipping rates are availble through the checkout procedure.
Can I have my order delivered to another address?
Of course you can also have your order delivered to an address other than your billing address. During the completion of the order you have the possibility to enter a billing address and shipping address. You can adjust this at any time. This gives you the freedom to have your order delivered to your home address one time and to your work address next time.
Note: After placing your order definitively you can no longer change the delivery address. We can no longer adjust this for you.
Exchange and return step-by-step plan
Do you want to return an item? Then we ask you to keep the next step-by-step plan. This way we can handle your return as smoothly as possible.
1. Fill in a return request on our website, you will find this under the heading return at the bottom of the website.
2. You will receive a confirmation of your request via e-mail.
3. You will receive instructions for sending the article via e-mail or telephone.
4. After receiving your shipment, we will send you an acknowledgment of receipt via e-mail.
5. We refund the purchase price within 10 working days.
The costs for returning an item are at your own expense.
